Jenaye Gleeson
FOUNDING DIRECTOR
Jenaye, our esteemed music educator at Replay Music And Performing Arts Academy, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teaching. With a Bachelor of Music degree specializing in singing and over twenty years of performance experience, she offers a comprehensive understanding of music theory and vocal techniques.
Specializing in VCE music exams, Contemporary/Musical Theater, and Jazz styles, Jenaye provides a diverse learning experience for her students. She incorporates elements of the esteemed Estill vocal training method into her teaching approach, aiming to cultivate well-rounded musicians.
Understanding the importance of catering to each student's unique musical aspirations, Jenaye focuses on tailoring her lessons to meet individual needs. She believes in equipping her students with the necessary skills and knowledge to foster a lifelong enjoyment of music.
Beyond music, Jenaye's diverse background includes a diploma in live sound and theatre events, enriching her understanding of the technical aspects of live performances. Her commitment to inclusive music education is further demonstrated through her completion of the 'Support Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder' program, reflecting her belief in making music accessible to all.
Jenaye's dedication to academic excellence extends to a studio operation and business degree specialized in studio management, highlighting her commitment to the growth and success of Replay Music Academy. Kristina Tamburro
OPERATIONS MANAGER - SINGING I PIANO TEACHER
Kristina is a pivotal member of Replay Music Academy, the vibrant soul that unites us all. Her presence exudes joy, effortlessly uplifting everyone around her, especially her students.
Having delved into piano and voice lessons early in her life, Kristina's passion for music has only grown over the years. Armed with a Bachelor of Creative Arts Industries from Victorian University, with a focus on Music and Performance Art, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role.
Noteworthy is Kristina’s dedication to teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special needs, finding genuine fulfillment in witnessing their musical growth in areas such as general music, piano, and singing.
Specializing in engaging young children, Kristina spearheads our Explorers program with finesse. Her goal is to nurture a love for music in all students by introducing them to a plethora of styles, honing their skills, unraveling musical aesthetics, and providing tailored guidance for learners of all ages and abilities.

Gandhi Manohara
DRUMS PIANO
We are proud to introduce Gandhi, an incredible drum wizard who has captivated audiences both in his home country of Indonesia and now in the vibrant music scene of Melbourne. Gandhi's musical journey began in 2006 when he first discovered his love for the drums, and since then, he has mesmerized listeners with his dynamic beats and versatile style.
After moving to Melbourne in 2019 to pursue his music education at the Australian Institute of Music (AIM), Gandhi wasted no time in immersing himself in the local music scene. You can often find him sharing his passion for music with students in lessons or delighting our music families with impromptu performances in our reception area.
With a rich history of playing and recording with various bands both in Indonesia and Australia, including BalBat, Good Company, and Soul Child, Gandhi has proven himself to be a master of multiple genres such as Rock/Metal, Jazz, Funk, R&B, and more. His talent extends beyond just drumming, as he also teaches piano, spreading his love for music to aspiring musicians.
Gandhi's musical achievements have taken him to international stages, from performing in traditional orchestras in Malaysia to winning awards in prestigious musical events in Italy and Vienna. Passionate about sharing his knowledge and creating original music, Gandhi's dedication to his craft shines through in every beat he plays and every note he creates.

Elijah Welch

Elijah, described by many as one of the nicest individuals you may ever meet, graces his classes with true warmth and patience. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at ACU, Elijah's roots trace back to Replay Music Academy, where he was once a dedicated long-time student.
Specializing in classical music, Elijah's expertise spans traditional composers' repertoire to niche and unexpectedly classically-sounding video game transcriptions and soundtracks. His ultimate goal is to nurture students' musicianship and pianistic skills, fostering a deep enjoyment for playing and creating music.

Isabelle Downey

Isabelle is more than an instructor; she's a music enthusiast dedicated to nurturing a love for music in her students. With a musical journey that began at the young age of 4, Isabelle's passion for music shines through in her teaching. She believes in fostering individuality while equipping her students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to pursue their own musical paths.
Specializing in piano and singing, Isabelle's teaching style is a reflection of her diverse training under various esteemed vocal and piano instructors. By incorporating a range of techniques, she tailors her lessons to each student,
empowering them to explore different musical genres and styles. While she covers a wide spectrum of music, Isabelle has a soft spot for Musical Theatre, Jazz, and Pop.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music at the Australian Institute of Music and holding units 1-4 in Music Industry - Performance, Isabelle is well-equipped to guide her students towards achieving their musical aspirations. With 14 years of piano experience and 10 years of professional vocal training under her belt, she is eager to share her knowledge and passion with those who are enthusiastic about reaching their musical goals. -
Shaun Chan
GUITAR
Shaun is a skilled and welcoming guitar teacher with a passion for nurturing students on their musical journey. With over 20 years of playing experience and currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma of Music Performance at Melbourne Polytechnic, Shaun brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his lessons.
His musical background spans various genres, from hard rock and heavy metal to pop, jazz, and blues. Shaun's commitment to his craft has seen him perform in bands and collaborate with fellow musicians, solidifying his understanding of music both on and off the stage.
Shaun's teaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and encouraging space for students to learn and grow. He believes in not only imparting knowledge but also fostering confidence in his students. Rupesh Bankar

At Replay Music And Performing Arts Academy, Rupesh stands out as an exceptional music educator with a knack for infusing humor into his lessons while maintaining a perfect balance of fun and structure. His journey to becoming a dedicated multi-instrumentalist is a testament to his unwavering work ethic and passion for music. Specializing in Jazz and improvised music on Drums, his diverse performance background spans Classical Music, Rock/Pop/Funk, and Musical Theatre, offering students a well-rounded musical education.
Originating from India, Rupesh's musical odyssey began at the age of 5 when he first picked up the guitar. His migration to Australia and immersion in Melbourne's vibrant music scene fueled his dedication to pursuing music wholeheartedly. Awarded a Music Scholarship in high school, Rupesh delved into music arrangement, directing ensembles, and exploring the realms of jazz across various instruments.
As a young musician, Rupesh graced prominent venues in Melbourne and shared his expertise by mentoring peers and teaching music. Recognized with multiple music awards, including the prestigious Audrey Healey Music awards, his talent and commitment shone brightly throughout his high school years. Currently studying Jazz & Improvisation at the University of Melbourne on a scholarship, Rupesh aspires to impart his knowledge and passion to the next generation of budding musicians, ensuring a bright future for music enthusiasts under his guidance. -
Isaac Soo
PIANO I SINGING
Isaac is a distinguished musician with a myriad of talents. As a highly skilled pianist, electone player, cellist, and singer, he has garnered multiple awards and scholarships throughout his career. Holding a music performance diploma (ATCL) with distinction from Trinity College London, Isaac's dedication to his craft is evident in his achievements.
A three-time national champion in classical singing and piano, Isaac has represented Malaysia in the prestigious Osaka International Music Competition as a pianist. His experience as an orchestral musician includes notable positions in the Queensland Youth Orchestra and Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Young Conservatorium, where he served as Associate Principal Cellist. In addition, his proficiency in jazz as a pianist at the Queensland Conservatorium showcases his versatility across genres.
Beyond classical singing, Isaac delves into pop and RnB, demonstrating his wide-ranging vocal abilities. With experience as an accompanist for orchestras and soloists, he brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to his musical endeavors.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music at the esteemed University of Melbourne, Isaac aims to infuse his passion for music into his lessons. His goal is to inspire students in their own musical aspirations, emphasizing the commitment and effort required to excel in the realm of music.
